OverviewA warm, generous, and private family in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a proactive, energetic Spanish-speaking Nanny/Family Assistant to support their two daughters, ages 11 and 13. The family leads an active lifestyle that includes horse shows, travel, and outdoor activities. They are looking for a long-term candidate who can become a trusted part of the household and provide structure, engagement, and positive mentorship for the children. The family values discretion, initiative, strong communication, and someone who can read the room and support the household without needing constant direction. The schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week (flexible schedule depending on activities). Typical hours: 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm on activity days.
