Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform dutiesRESPONSIBILITIES:Execute client care plans and document daily activitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeepingProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionshipREQUIREMENTS:Schedule: Consistent and flexible shifts (WEEKENDS ONLY)Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior careWORKING ENVIRONMENT:Agency officeClient homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living CommunitiesJOB RELATIONSHIPS:Supervisor: Executive AdministratorPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to talk, hear and seePhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicleCOMPENSATION:Job Type: Part-timePay: Starting at $14/hr, depending on experienceBenefits: Weekly PayPay CardsHoliday payPerformance pay raisesReferral bonus (employees and clients)
