The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable backend applications using Python and developing modern, responsive user interfaces using React.The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React. Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python. Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data-validation mechanisms. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance. Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Work with Git-based version control and standard software development workflows. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Support application deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills3–7+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Python. Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Strong experience with React.js. Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing. Good understanding of responsive web development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred SkillsExperience with FastAPI and React. Knowledge of TypeScript. Experience with Redux, React Query, or other state-management libraries. Experience with Docker and containerized applications. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or message queues. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest and Jest. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
