Provide critical care for adult patients. Assist with respiratory therapies and interventions. Perform airway management and suctioning as needed. Utilize relevant equipment and technology for patient care. Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Assist in emergency situations and crises. Manage complex respiratory conditions and monitor vital signs. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Demonstrate a commitment to patient care and continuous improvement. Participate in continuing education and professional development. Perform additional duties as required by the unit.
