California Licensed Regional Training Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Training.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute regional training programs to ensure effective onboarding and service delivery
Oversee the design and continuous improvement of training programs in collaboration with the Corporate Enterprise Training team
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
Property and Casualty Insurance License from state of domicile required
Four-year degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred
Minimum 6 years' experience in training, education, or management within the insurance industry
Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
