In t his position you must have outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR and Benefits coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities: Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain copies of employees' records. Assist with onboarding duties of all new hires. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Assist with offboarding processes and documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coordinate benefits enrollment for new employees and manage changes for existing employees. Conduct benefits orientation and explain benefits self-enrollment system. Assist with the administration of leaves of absence and disability programs. Assist with annual open enrollment. Prepare reports and presentations on benefits and HR metrics as required. Support other assigned functions. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. 2+ years of experience as an HR coordinator. Bilingual—English and Spanish, preferred. Working knowledge of HRIS, Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus. Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
