No experience? No problem-we'll train you.Your day-to-day will include:Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grindersSetting up machines to meet production schedulesLoading materials on equipment using a forkliftMonitoring equipment and making adjustments as neededFollowing safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safeOccasionally using forklifts to move materials (not a forklift-only role)This role is active-you'll be on your feet, moving, and engaged throughout your shift.What We're Looking ForWe're hiring people with the right mindset-not just experience.You'll be a great fit if you:Are reliable with strong attendanceHave a solid work ethic and take initiativeAre willing to learn and work as part of a teamHave a positive attitude and help others when neededBasic Requirements:Able to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend)Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksComfortable working in hot and cold environments18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipBonus points if you have manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, or basic computer knowledge-but not required.What You'll GetWe believe hard work should be rewarded.
