Opportunity: RN - CCU Job Details: - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Start date: ASAP - Floating requirement to other locations as needed - Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of patient population served - Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner - Demonstrate performance consistent with unit and organizational standards - Required certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license, BLS Certification from AHA, ACLS Certification from AHA, TNCC - Must be graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing - Requires current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served - Must communicate clearly and appropriately to developmental age of patient - Handle emergency/crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking - Perform heavy physical effort to position, push and/or transfer patients or equipment - Work requires considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching - Must have manual dexterity and fine motor coordination - Work in bloodborne pathogen environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays Facility: This regional medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on quality patient care and safety.
