Full Stack Developer

At BondiTech, we build cloud-based case management software that helps government and public sector organizations streamline critical workflows and make better, data-driven decisions. For over 15 years, we’ve been a trusted partner to mission-driven agencies, delivering industry-leading consulting, professional services, development, training, and support. We’re a small, collaborative team where your work has a direct and visible impact. We're seeking a developer who's excited to work across the full stack — from Angular front-ends to .NET back-ends to SQL databases — and who wants to grow their skills on real-world projects using modern tools and practices. What You'll Do Build and enhance full-stack applications using C#, Angular, .NET Core, Python, SQL Server, and Oracle. Work with CI/CD pipelines and Docker to ship reliable, containerized deployments. Provide product support to clients and implement bug fixes and enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack. Analyze existing business logic, procedures, and features — then improve and maintain the codebase. Complete other projects or tasks as assigned based on business need. Travel to client sites for project-related work and customer engagements as needed. Bonus: Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, prompt engineering, or working with model APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic). What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field; Advanced degree a plus. Equivalent professional experience, technical certifications, coding bootcamp completion, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects will also be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development — comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with Angular and Microsoft .NET in a professional or production environment. Proficiency with SQL databases — writing queries, managing data, understanding relational design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a small team environment. LOCAL candidates only.
