What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction.Project may include municipal facilities, trenchless and tunneling, structural evaluations and rehabilitation projects.Perform field site evaluations and provide support during constructionReview and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studiesRead and interpret engineering plans, specifications and reportsProvides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff membersMay assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or universityLicensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure preferredExperience in plan and specification development with construction contract administrationAutoCAD Civil 3D proficiencyKnowledge of MnDOT requirementsPossess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be requiredSalary Range:$68,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
