What You'll Do Manually place through‐hole electronic components onto CCAs with precision and accuracy. Operate semi‐automatic contact machines to assist with component placement and clinching processes. Inspect assemblies to ensure proper component positioning and manufacturing quality standards. Support daily production goals and collaborate with manufacturing teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Follow safety, quality, and production procedures within an avionics manufacturing environment. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. 4+ years of experience running the Contact machine and hand placing through‐hole parts on CCAs. What Sets You Apart Associate Degree. Prior work in avionics or defense manufacturing. Familiar with through‐hole insertion solutions (JUKI, Amistar, Contact). Ability to verify part orientation and part identification. Attention to detail. Ability to work under general supervision with minimal instruction. Team‐oriented mindset. Ability to troubleshoot straightforward issues. Comfort working in less‐structured task environments. Additional Information Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
