Position Summary:As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations, serving as the link between our warehouse and customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking orders, providing updates, and resolving any issues with clarity and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Experience with Excel, Quickbooks & Outlook is preferredCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with internal teams and clientsTrack and update customers on the status of their inventory and ordersRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionallyTroubleshoot and resolve service or delivery issuesMaintain accurate records of communications and shipment statusesCollaborate with warehouse team to ensure accuracy and timelinessProvide bilingual support when needed (Spanish/English)
