Customer Service Liaison

Job Title: Customer Service LiaisonLocation (city, state): Salt Lake City, UTCompensation: $20-$26/hrContract: 3+ monthsBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Job Description:Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers and internal sales teams while managing every aspect of the customer order lifecycle. This role supports assigned sales representatives and acts as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:Receive and process customer orders, coordinate purchase order details, and enter orders into the ERP systemAnswer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries related to pricing, order status, shipments, tracking, credits, scheduling, cancellations, adjustments, quotes, and warehousingPrepare and review open order reports with sales representatives and customers on a recurring basisMaintain and manage customer contracts, including product releases and coordination with product managers and salesArrange freight and secure rates through a TMS, collaborating with customers on shipment logisticsSupport sales with new customer leads and ongoing account needsAssist assigned sales representatives to ensure customer satisfactionOccasionally assist warehouse staff with labeling or related tasks as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service ManagerQualifications:2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environmentFull-cycle CSR experience with order entryManufacturing or distribution industry background strongly preferredHigh school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience working within an ERP systemStrong math skills, including use of decimals and units of measureAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, confident customer service presence
