AI Program Manager

This person will identify blockers and help increase efficiency. Someone who is detail-oriented, understands business processes and frameworks. This person will help drive the right momentum, understand which work stream has the highest impact and help accelerate the program.As an integral part of the AI Transformation Team within the CFO organization, you'll drive strategic projects, manage AI use cases, and foster workforce evolution—all remotely over a 9-12 month engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI in finance and work alongside senior leadership to implement impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate AI transformation programs aligned with organizational goals.Manage cross-functional work streams including use case implementation, governance frameworks, and workforce development.Develop and execute communication plans to promote awareness, adoption, and trust within the finance organization.Identify blockers and craft strategic solutions to accelerate project progress.Serve as a thought partner to executive stakeholders, providing insights and driving execution.Required Skills:Strong background in finance, with experience building or leading AI tool development.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Highly curious about AI and its organizational impact.Results-oriented, with a hands-on attitude and a commitment to learning.Demonstrated experience driving initiatives and creating executive-level presentation materials.
