At JP Tank, you will drive project efficiency and ensure seamless operations across diverse concrete infrastructure builds, turning plans into successful realities. This role empowers you to optimize jobsite performance and contribute directly to the delivery of durable, complex structures. Responsibilities You will ensure projects run efficiently from planning through completion by coordinating daily jobsite activities and logistics. This includes reviewing daily crew time logs, confirming correct job cost coding, submitting daily time reports to the office, and ensuring accurate labor reporting. You will provide real-time operational insights and accurate production data to the office, supporting informed decision-making and forecasting. You will uphold JP Tank's high standards of quality by performing diligent jobsite and pre-pour inspections. You will proactively plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and work sequencing to prevent delays and maintain productivity across multiple sites. You will serve as a vital communication bridge, fostering seamless collaboration between field crews, foremen, and office teams. To do so, you will attend jobsite meetings, providing progress updates, and coordinating with project stakeholders. You will contribute to a safer work environment by assisting with safety monitoring and supporting Job Safety Analysis processes. You will help streamline project closeout procedures, ensuring thorough documentation and efficient demobilization. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively between field crews and office staff. Strong problem-solving ability, capable of identifying and anticipating jobsite challenges. Comfortable working in active construction environments. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Midwest and occasionally nationwide. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Construction field experience. Concrete construction or heavy civil construction experience. Foreman or field supervisor experience.
