The Staff Accountant will perform a variety of daily accounting tasks including maintaining general ledgers, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll. The role also includes ensuring compliance with tax regulations, assisting with audits, preparing reports, and working closely with management to monitor financial performance and implement process improvements.QualificationsProficiency in GAAP AccountingExperience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processingProficiency with QuickBooks Online or other accounting softwareAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accuratelyBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Prior experience in an accounting role preferred
