Position Overview:The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple functions, including recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. This role partners with leadership to foster a positive work environment and ensures HR processes are executed effectively and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding programs and eligibility.Support payroll processing and employee status changes as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist with employee relations investigations and conflict resolution. Partner with leadership on HR initiatives, training, and employee engagement efforts. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.2–5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
