You step in with purpose.Here's what it takes to succeed with us.3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or operations within an industrial, manufacturing, or production environmentStrong understanding of production processes, maintenance workflows, or supply chain coordinationProficiency in scheduling and ERP/CMMS systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysisExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with maintenance planning and reliability programsKnowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologiesTechnical background or familiarity with industrial equipment and processesKey Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize production and/or maintenance schedules to meet operational demands and customerdeadlinesCoordinate with operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership teams to align schedulingprioritiesPlan labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution of workMonitor schedule progress and adjust plans as needed to address delays, downtime, or resourceconstraintsAnalyze workflow, capacity, and production data to improve scheduling efficiency and reducebottlenecksEnsure all work orders, job plans, and materials are prepared and availableprior toscheduledworkCommunicate schedule changes and updates clearly acrossdepartmentsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and operationalperformanceMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and system data related to schedulingactivitiesWhy This Role?Because you deserve more than just another job.
