This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.  Position: 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM Program Manager – Business TransformationLocation: Little Rock, AR (Chicago) – OnsiteStart Date: ImmediateLanguage: French – MandatoryBackground Check: MandatoryPosition OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned PLM Program Manager to lead the business-side implementation of a Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM platform supporting Completion activities.The Program Manager will work closely with the Headquarters IT Project Manager, business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure the 3DX PLM solution is optimized to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise PLM implementation experience, excellent program leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive business transformation across complex, cross-functional environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, through closure.Own the business-side implementation of the 3DX PLM solution and ensure alignment with business objectives.Partner with the Headquarters IT Project Manager to coordinate business and technology workstreams.Lead Business Analysts and SMEs responsible for requirements, process definition, validation, and business readiness.Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, dependencies, and success criteria.Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and governance documentation.Gather and analyze business requirements and ensure the PLM solution effectively supports business processes.Coordinate solution design, implementation, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-go-live activities.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.Lead integrated change management and assess the impact of project changes.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, design reviews, steering committees, and project status meetings.Provide accurate and timely project status updates to PMO leadership and key stakeholders.Proactively identify risks and issues and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.Ensure successful acceptance and transition of project deliverables into business operations.Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives associated with the PLM implementation.Maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor less-experienced project managers and promote adherence to project management standards and procedures.Foster a collaborative, positive, and transformation-focused project environment.Required Qualifications & SkillsStrong experience managing PLM implementation projects/programs.Hands-on knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) is highly preferred.Experience leading business-side enterprise application or PLM implementations.Strong understanding of PLM processes, business requirements, functional analysis, and solution delivery.Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and SMEs.Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with global IT and business organizations.Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Experience with PMO governance, executive reporting, and project documentation.Experience driving business transformation and organizational change.Fluency in French is mandatory.PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.Aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or completion-operations experience is a strong plus.If you are interested and available for this onsite 3DX PLM Program Manager opportunity, please share your updated resume along with your current location, work authorization, availability, and contact details.
