Role Description Full-time or part-time, on-site or remote role for a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Los Angeles, CA. The Fractional COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, develop and implement strategic business plans, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability. This role involves managing organizational structures, improving performance metrics, and fostering leadership development within the team. The Fractional COO will work closely with the founding team to execute on key business objectives and long-term growth strategies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations ManagementProven Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-makingExperience in Finance, including financial analysis and reportingProficiency in Budgeting and ensuring cost-effective operationsExceptional leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and growthStrong problem-solving and process optimization capabilitiesPrior experience scaling companies, particularly in founder-led organizations, is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
