Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Planning, this role leads the Business Planning & Operations pillar, ensuring low-risk planning cycles and executive readiness across the global streaming business.**Description**The Business Planning Manager will oversee critical financial forecasting processes, budget management, and strategic operational planning that enables senior leadership to make informed decisions at pace.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring someone who can operate seamlessly across Business, Finance, Analytics and Studio teams while maintaining the rigor and precision expected at the executive level. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity through complex planning cycles, and builds systems that scale.**Minimum Qualifications**+ 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, strategy operations, or management consulting+ Proven track record delivering high-stakes planning cycles and executive-facing materials for senior leadership (VP level and above)+ Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and budget management+ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams+ Exceptional executive communication skills - both written and verbal+ Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to strategic priorities+ Highly organized with superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in subscription-based or digital services businesses+ Background in entertainment, media, or technology industries+ Consulting (MBB) or investment banking experience+ Experience working in large, matrixed global organizations+ Familiarity with Apple's planning and finance systems+ Track record of process innovation and operational transformation+ Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority+ MBA or advanced degree
