The Role
The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work alongside the Director of Marketing to execute our annual marketing plan and amplify our demand generation capabilities. They will be responsible for supporting various marketing efforts to help increase brand visibility and market/maximize our existing accounts.

The Opportunity - What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing to centralize event management, streamline marketing material coordination, support marketing efforts, and enhance campaign execution.
This is a hybrid coordination and execution role designed for someone who’s detail-oriented and eager to make an impact within a high-performance team.
You’ll help us:
Manage and organize marketing content, sponsorship, and event assets across platforms
Track performance and streamline reporting
Coordinate client events across our Canadian markets
Core Responsibilities Include:
Content, Campaigns & CRM Support
Support the creation, scheduling and rollout of marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
Prepare and organize assets, track performance, and contribute to ongoing optimization
Maintain CRM accuracy
Marketing Materials Coordination
Organize, update, and centralize all marketing collateral (presentations, whitepapers, case studies, reports) in shared systems
Support version control, translations, and internal requests from sales and leadership.
Measurement & Reporting
Monitor and report on campaign performance across all channels
Track key metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements
Event & Sponsorship Management
Maintain a centralized database of events and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and visible across the team
Coordinate logistics for client and company events, presentations, and sponsorship deliverables.

Excellent English writing and communication skills, able to accurately convey complex topics into simple terms across various channels.
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly
Curious about AI and eager to apply it in marketing workflows

A passion for marketing and driving results.
Must-Have Qualifications
Completed a degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
High English proficiency and clarity in communication (bilingual French an asset)
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
Able to work between 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
