A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate for an Incoming Call Center. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and resolve inbound inquiries related to patient account statements and billing issues Analyze patient issues by collecting data and conducting research to provide appropriate solutions Communicate professionally with patients and other stakeholders while documenting all interactions accuratelyRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school education required; two-year college degree preferred Minimum of three years of direct customer service or call center experience preferred Healthcare background in medical billing, collections, or insurance claims processing is highly preferred Experience with Maestro Care system preferred Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities are essential
