Clinical Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Clinical (Remote).
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to incoming telephone calls and chats in a professional manner
Record caller information and provide accurate responses using proprietary systems
Attend meetings and complete required trainings while maintaining compliance with policiesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED certificate required
1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred
Basic computer skills
