Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8 students within a school setting in Arvada, CO. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to help students overcome communication challenges and succeed academically.Key Responsibilities:Provide speech and language assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to K-8 studentsDeliver direct therapy services focusing on speech sound production, language development, fluency, and other communication disordersCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and incorporate strategies in the classroomMaintain accurate documentation including progress notes, reports, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational goalsQualifications and Experience:Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredExperience working as an SLP in school settings, ideally with K-8 caseloadsStrong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students, families, and educatorsDemonstrated knowledge of federal and state special education regulationsPosition Details:Location: Arvada, CO (onsite)Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 32 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunchContract length: August 13, 2026 May 20, 2027Caseload: K-8 studentsThis role offers a meaningful chance to impact students communication abilities in a supportive school environment.
