Oral Surgeon or Dentist

Overview: At Benevis, our mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable oral health care for patients in underserved communities. We support providers who want to focus on surgery while making a meaningful impact through clinically excellent care.We are hiring for an Oral Surgeon for 1-2 flexible days per month, easily coordinated around an existing practice or hospital schedule. General Dentists with substantial oral surgery and exodontia experience who regularly perform complex extractions and third molars independently are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: The clinical work is centered on third molar extractions, with the ability to perform surgical and complex extractions of any tooth based on patient need. Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases Provide surgical extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate Deliver care efficiently, safely, and with clinical confidence Partner with office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care Qualifications: DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency or significant hands-on experience performing advanced oral surgery procedures as a general dentist Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility) Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and required credentials Compensation & Benefits Compensation is structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production No lab fees Company-paid malpractice insurance 401(k) We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. #LI-Onsite
