Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Tamaqua, PA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of instruments and equipment. The role includes traveling to client locations, providing technical support, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position requires precise documentation of service calls, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingExperience with calibration and repair of instrumentation equipmentProficiency in diagnosing issues and performing preventative maintenanceAbility to work on-site and travel to various client locations as neededExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer literacy and ability to use technical software toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plusExperience in a related field or industry is preferred
