We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.Desktop Engineer- Field technician- dispatch. Whenever not at a client site bust be in the office and ready to be dispatched for emergenciesMust troubleshoot things quickly and efficiently. Must be able to prioritize issues important to least. Act professional in office setting.Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and softwareResolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronicallyRecommend hardware and software improvementsTrack customer issues and resolutionsKnowledge of O365 Applications / Windows 10 & 11Networking experienceAV experience - meeting room technology - Polycom, ClickShare, YeaLink etcDigital printing solutions – PrintexServiceNow experienceCompTIA A+ certified (nice to have)ITIL certification (nice to have)Qualifications:Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsPositive and professional demeanorCompany DescriptionSister company of Pro4ia Inc.
