Technical Services Engineer
A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer to provide expert support and troubleshooting for healthcare IT systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first- and second-level support for healthcare IT systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues while maintaining detailed records in the ticketing systemRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience in an IT support role
Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Proven IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments
Strong IT, networking, and general computer skills with experience troubleshooting complex applications
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including EMR and clinical software
