DescriptionJob Interest SheetDivision/Department: AccountingLocation: Greeley, Co Beef PlantJob title: Accounting Specialist (Temporary)(This position requires an internal application for current JBS employees)Reports to: Accounting Supervisor for Billing, Invoicing, & ExportsNonexempt Hourly Rate$23.00Type Of PositionFull-time – Nonexempt(Temporary)HoursB Shift / 2st shiftGeneral DescriptionJob responsibilities:Creating manifestsBilling orders as they close (leave) shippingResolve any discrepancy preventing the bill with shipping departmentGenerate invoices – confirm pricing, pallets, freight rates, and PO numbersUpdate tracking spreadsheets dailyPrepare and handle export documentsOther clerical duties as assignedSystems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, and a 10-key calculator are used daily.
