Senior Associate, Client Services

Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle events, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Client Services to join the growing team.He / she / they is an integral part of the Amplified team and its clients and works to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the agency's client roster. He / she / they have strong management, interpersonal, and organizational skills and has agency, or client related account / project management know-how. The role will work cross functionally across 2 – 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients.YOUR PROFILEExperienced in managing high-touch client relationships and complex project workflows.Proactive problem solver with strong strategic instincts and operational discipline.Adept communicator and collaborator with the confidence to lead internal and external meetings.Passionate about building brand experiences within the luxury alcohol, fashion, and beauty industries.Able to mentor junior team members and support leadership in scaling processes and partnerships.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple projects, and delivering against tight timelines.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 50% CLIENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT | Own Project DeliveryKey ResponsibilitiesServe as day-to-day client lead across assigned accounts, building trust and ensuring smooth execution.Manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated projects on time and on budget.Lead project documentation, including scopes, timelines, recaps, and status updates.Manage communication flow between internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.Anticipate issues, proactively solve problems, and escalate with solutions in hand.Track budgets and flag scope changes or financial risks early.Measured ByClient satisfaction and repeat business.Accuracy and clarity of client-facing materials and deliverables.Timeliness and organization of cross-functional team operations.Quality of documentation and communication.30% STRATEGY & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT | Expand Strategic ValueKey ResponsibilitiesContribute to partnership strategy, ideation, and execution.Conduct research and outreach to potential collaborators, sponsors, and brand partners.Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to develop concepts and experience frameworks.Support pitch and proposal development with compelling insights, decks, and narratives.Represent the agency in meetings and workstreams with external partners.Measured ByValue and creativity of strategic contributions.New partnership opportunities identified or secured.Quality and impact of pitch support.Ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.20% TEAM LEADERSHIP & ONSITE EXECUTION | Model ExcellenceKey ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site leadership during key events, activations, and partnership executions.Support training and mentorship of junior Associates and Coordinators.Collaborate across departments to strengthen workflow, tools, and client experience.Uphold and model agency values in day-to-day interactions and team dynamics.Measured ByPositive internal and client feedback.Quality of onsite execution and troubleshooting.Effective mentorship and knowledge sharing.Contribution to team culture and efficiency.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required with a preference of two years agency experience, preferably in account / project management or experiential marketing and eventsIs a proactive, thoughtful and strategic planner and thinkerFamiliarity and passion for luxury CPG brands in the alcohol, fashion, and beauty industriesStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter, proactive, able to work well alone and with a teamSkilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPointUp to 15% travel required for onsite event management. Subject to change based off of new business and event schedule.The Amplified team is a hybrid in-office / remote team and requires team members are in-office 3-days per week.Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $70,000 - $74,000 / year.
