Microsoft Dynamics Developer

This position is for Dynamics developers who are experienced with configurations and customizations for Dynamics 365 Cloud applications. This candidate will be part of a small team (3-6 people) focused on developing a new cloud application for DMV Operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing requirements from user stories in the new system, as well as testing their own and other developers’ work. They will also need to engage with our product owners and occasionally business partners to ensure a full understanding of the requirements to ensure quality deployment. The right candidate will already be fully skilled and experienced in Dynamics 365 Cloud, JavaScript, TypeScript and C# development. Solid understanding of database access, query expressions and API development/use will also be valuable. Agency Expected Deliverables: Reviewing, understanding and implementing defined customer requirements. Reviewing, understanding and correcting identified problems. Testing and verification of operation consistent with user requirements. Source Code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures. Release of object code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures. Interacting with technical and non-technical staff as needed in the execution of the above in an Agile/Scrum environment Skills Required: Experience Developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Required 3 Years Experience as a .NET developer w/C#, specifically, in both a web-based and desktop environment Required 5 Years Experience with Visual Studio Required 5 Years Experience with Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server Required 5 Years Development Experience with MVC Required 5 Years Development Experience With LINQ Required 3 Years Development Experience with Javascript Required 5 Years Experience working with data communication between disparate systems Required 5 Years Experience working with APIs Required 5 Years Exceptional communication skills are crucial as resource will communicate w/other developers, system architects, and technical managers regularly Required Experience communicating verbally & in writing with non-technical business subject matter experts, stakeholders and project managers Required Experience Developing in Microsoft Dynamics on-premises Desired 5 Years Experience Developing with TypeScript Desired 5 Years Experience Developing in SalesForce Desired 3 Years Job Type: Contract Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
