Licensed in Canada and Europe, Paycot ensures that cryptocurrency payments are simple, secure, and transparent for its users worldwide.Role Description This is a full-time, remote-friendly role for an Account Manager. While the position offers the flexibility to work remotely, there is also the possibility to work from our office locations in Poznań or Warsaw, Poland, should the need arise or if preferred. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Day-to-day tasks include building strong partnerships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, overseeing the onboarding process, and acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. The role requires the management of client accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement and growth.Qualifications Strong relationship management and client-facing skills, with an ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology industries.Knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency payment systems, or blockchain technology is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).Proficiency in CRM tools and account management software, as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities.A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
