Job Title: Purchasing CoordinatorReports to: ControllerLocation: Central Office – Gilbert, AZContract: None, 12 month calendarPay range: DOEBenjamin Franklin Charter School is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join the Central Office Team.ResponsibilitiesOrganizes central office warehouse and stocks the central office with suppliesSupports the campuses and academics team with fixed assets/inventory through Destiny programSupports the schools with tracking orders and returnsCoordinates the procurement of all supplies, capital needs, etc.Coordinates and trains school staff on the requisition, approval, purchase order, receiving, and invoicing processCoordinates negotiations with vendors to ensure we have proper pricing and quality of goods receivedManages purchasing and inventory software including training of all usersCoordinates and prepares various analysis on annual spend, budget vs actuals, etc to help schools to stay within their budgetsWork closely with accounting team to process receipts and invoices for payment.
