Generative AI Software Developer/Engineer
*Role Summary*
*TITLE: Generative AI Software Developer/Engineer – Aerospace Technologies *
*This position will be performed on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.*
*Primary Responsibilities:*
-Develop, design and conclude experiments to accelerate business capabilities in Generative AI for safety-critical development

*Basic Qualifications:*
-Strong software development experience and skills
-Proficient in Unix/Linux
-Proficient in Python
-Proficient in Full Stack Development
-Proven execution skills in the development of complex systems
-Ability to communicate clearly to large audiences
-Understanding of the fundamentals of AI/ML through research or practice
-Experience in deploying Generative AI powered applications
-Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) development frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Haystack)
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
