Focused on solutions, we are dedicated to advancing healthcare accessibility and improving patient outcomes.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Odoo Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP environment as we scale operations across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and internal workflows. This role will support day-to-day system performance while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and data reliability across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage user accounts, access levels, and permissions within Odoo to maintain proper security and role visibilityConfigure and maintain Odoo modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting, Sales, and ReportingSupport daily ERP usage by troubleshooting system errors, resolving user issues, and responding to internal requestsMonitor system performance and coordinate updates to reduce downtime and disruptionsMaintain accurate product records, vendor lists, bills of materials (BOMs), pricing tables, and inventory structuresAssist with workflow configuration including approvals, automations, and document routingCoordinate data imports, exports, and cleanup to ensure system accuracy and consistencyPerform routine backups and support version upgrades when neededWork with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into system improvementsTest new features, module updates, and customizations before deploymentPrepare internal documentation and user guides explaining system processes and changesTrain team members on new workflows or functionality introduced in OdooQualifications1–3+ years of experience administering Odoo ERP or a comparable ERP platformHands-on experience working with modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, or SalesStrong understanding of ERP data structures (products, vendors, customers, BOMs, warehouses, locations)Experience supporting users and resolving day-to-day ERP system issuesFamiliarity with reporting tools inside OdooAbility to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teamsProfessional experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth benefitsHybrid work flexibilityHigh-ownership role with direct impact on internal systems and operationsFast-moving, mission-driven company culture - we’re proud to be building one of the strongest company cultures in our spaceApplication RequirementAs part of the application process, candidates should include a short 1–2 minute Loom video explaining why you’re a strong fit for this role and highlighting your experience working with Odoo.
