Must work both an evening and a day, including winter and spring hallmark coverage./nEmployment Type: Local, On-Site/nHourly Pay Rate: $102.30/hour/nEstimated Weekly Salary: $2,470–$2,600/week/n/n/nJob Requirements / Qualifications/n/nActive New Jersey RN license required (NJ RN)/nMinimum 4 years of Level 1 trauma experience; experience in a high-acuity trauma center preferred/nScrub and circulate experience in the OR, specifically with endovascular and cardiovascular cases (CVOR experience)/nBSN degree preferred (Cardiovascular/Perioperative nursing preferred)/nBLS and NIHSS certifications required/nStrong attention to detail for patient safety, infection control, and quality monitoring/nExcellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary OR care/nAt least 1 year of relevant RN experience required/n/n/nResponsibilities/n/nScrub and circulate during endovascular, vascular, and cardiovascular surgical procedures as a perioperative RN/nProvide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma setting, maintaining patient safety and positive outcomes/nCoordinate care and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, interventional teams, and perioperative staff/nParticipate in on-call rotations, weekend coverage, and scheduled holiday coverage/nMaintain accurate documentation, surgical counts, and uphold high standards of perioperative practice/nSupport quality improvement initiatives and adherence to OR policies and procedures/n/n/n/n This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CVOR / perioperative RNs and surgical nurses seeking New Jersey nursing jobs in a Level 1 trauma center with a strong endovascular program.
