Schedule may vary based on needs of program Pay rate: $65,000-$70,000/annually Benefits:Health, dental, vision insurance/additional voluntary insurancesCompany-paid life insurance/employee assistance programsGenerous paid time off accrualTuition reimbursement/loan repayment options401k with company match up to 7%Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwideThe Trainer/Training Coordinator is responsible for:Working with program leadership to develop and implement a continuous, comprehensive staff development and training planImplementing competency-based training to ensure that all staff are proficient in program delivery, medication for addiction treatment and substance use disorders.Overseeing training for newly hired staff and clinical supervisorsPreparing and delivering training curriculum in accordance with the staff development and training plan for the DOC MOUD contractAssessing the quality of training delivery through training evaluation, site observations, and training needs assessmentsDeveloping and conducting regular training for DOC personnel in conjunction with clinical and medical leadershipIdentifying specific training needs through trend analysis and continuous quality improvement data in conjunction with the Statewide Corrections MOUD Director, Clinical Director and the Quality Assurance and Compliance DirectorIn consultation with clinical leadership, ensuring that services are developed and/or re-engineered as required to respond to the dynamic needs commonly associated with the patient population and best practices in the industryPreparing and submitting all required reportsQualificationsQualifications: Master's degree in healthcare administration, human services, psychology, education, social work, or closely related field and certification in addiction or mental health preferred. Licensure preferred (LADC, LMHC or LICSW). Must possess knowledge of medication for addiction treatment, behavioral health, mental health, correctional treatment services, and quality improvement processes and systems.
