Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Metro Detroit, MI. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Duties will include managing communications, maintaining office organization, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and assisting executives with administrative needs. Qualifications Administrative skills, including Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, to support efficient office and executive operationsStrong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for effective correspondence with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and recordkeepingOrganizational skills and attention to detailProficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience in construction or property development industries is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
