This role provides strategic and operational leverage to senior leaders who are heavily market-facing, ensuring business development efforts are organized, aligned, and executed effectively to drive revenue growth.The Business Analyst will manage coordination, client support, and follow-through, enabling senior professionals to focus on building relationships in the market.This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Denver, Colorado. FMI may also consider strong candidates in Raleigh, North Carolina.All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship not available at this time.ResponsibilitiesManage logistics and competing priorities for senior FSC leaders to align outreach efforts with growth objectives.Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and executive dashboards.Maintain and update CRM records and client activity.Analyze private equity firms, portfolio companies, and ownership timelines to identify client development opportunities.Coordinate internal follow-up and drive accountability across teams.Support strategic initiatives and special projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredStrong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detailAbility to work independently and drive follow-throughConfidence leading up and collaborating cross-functionallyIntellectual curiosity about private equity and financial sponsorsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsCRM experience preferredFMI provides a comprehensive benefit package consisting of paid employee medical insurance, life insurance and LT disability, as well as other benefit elections.
