With a small, agile team, they are poised to make significant impacts in their industry.What You Will DoDesign and develop embedded firmware solutions for AI-driven systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware components.Utilize C/C++ to optimize performance and reliability of embedded applications.Implement version control and collaborative workflows using Git.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.Troubleshoot and debug embedded systems to ensure functionality and performance.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.Ideal Candidate Background1–3 years of experience in embedded software development.Proficient in C/C++ programming languages.Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience working in a collaborative team environment.PreferredExposure to AI technologies, particularly in defense or autonomous vehicles.Understanding of hardware-software integration challenges.Experience with testing and validation of embedded systems.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary ranges from $170K to $215K, complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 0.25%.
