We are seeking an experienced landlord tenant paralegal.ResponsibilitiesDraft and file Housing Court pleadings, including:Notices of Petition and PetitionsPredicate notices (Rent Demand, Notice to Cure, Notice of Termination)Motions, and orders to show causeE-file cases through NYSCEF and EDDSTrack court dates, deadlines, and compliance requirementsCommunicate with clients, court clerks, process servers, and opposing counselManage service of process and review affidavits of serviceMaintain accurate case management
