This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities, support customers with insurance solutions, and deliver industry-leading service standards. What You'll Do * Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service * Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls * Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products * Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems * Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment * Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success Required Qualifications * Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines) * Associate's degree required * Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools * Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized Great opportunity to grow with a stable insurance team and convert to full-time. #WestPriority26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
