Deloitte's full-service Marketing, Brand & Communications organization is seeking a skilled strategist and storyteller to help build our product marketing capabilities and drive go-to-market impact for a growing portfolio of innovative offerings. We celebrate inquisitive team players who can regularly anticipate, adjust, and act in a rapidly changing market and marketing landscape - and find new opportunities within it.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and bring to life positioning and messaging frameworks for emerging Converge portfolio solutions, ensuring consistent and differentiated narratives across channels and audiencesPartner with business and portfolio leaders to build and execute go-to-market plans for new and evolving products, including audience segmentation, competitive assessments, targeting strategy, and customer journey mappingCreate integrated marketing campaign plans that drive awareness, deepen engagement, create demand, and influence pipeline growthParter with sales and broader GtM teams to develop and maintain sales enablement materials - including solution narratives, talking points, and audience-specific collateral - in close collaboration with business development and portfolio teamsEngage and collaborate with industry and offering portfolio marketers, business leaders, and other stakeholders on campaign planning and execution, leveraging agile principles throughoutMake recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content that extends reach and impactReview content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable brand and messaging standardsMonitor ongoing campaign performance against targeted outcomes and recommend adjustments as neededDrive decisions on campaign resources, negotiate SOWs, and manage timelinesManage development post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learnedBring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activitiesSuccessful Candidate Will PossessExperience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for B2B software-oriented solutionsPrior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably at an enterprise technology or software company, global corporation, or professional services firmFamiliarity with AI tools and integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts; Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferredA knack for distilling complex product or solution concepts into clear, compelling positioning and marketing narrativesAbility to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholdersAn understanding of how to communicate priorities and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines - and where requirements can change quickly because of new market realitiesExecutive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on marketing and go-to-market strategyExperience leading junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development, and facilitating new connections to broaden their networksRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on marketing strategy, planning, and/or product marketingBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplineAbility to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
