Salesforce Developer (Developer + Admin)Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractJob OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Administration experience to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning, Flows, and end-to-end business process design, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.Required Skills5+ years of Salesforce Development & Administration experience.Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.Expertise in Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Approval Processes, and Process Automation.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), Reports & Dashboards.Strong experience in end-to-end business process design, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Knowledge of deployment tools, Git, and CI/CD is preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PreferredSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
