Strategic Partnership Manager
A company is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to manage and grow its referral partner channel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic and referral partners, managing the partner lifecycle
Continuously improve workflows and tools for the partner channel while overseeing referral program operations
Track and report on key partner KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvements
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in account management, partner/channel management, or business development
Strong understanding of referral program mechanics and partner engagement strategies
Experience in financial services, fintech, or small business lending is preferred
Hands-on experience with referral or affiliate programs in small business lending
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
