Job Description Title: Direct Support Professional (1st Shift) Compensation: $17 – $17.50/hourAbout the Role:First Step Healthcare is hiring reliable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Westerville area. We are currently seeking staff for 1st shift coverage, as well as PRN (as-needed) team members.
