This role partners closely with leaders and employees to drive strong performance, ensure fair and consistent people practices, and support the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent processes.The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling complex employee matters with sound judgment, discretion, and a practical, business-oriented approach. This role focuses more on core HR operations and talent management.Key Responsibilities:Collaborates with the HR team and internal stakeholders to foster a positive and engaging employee experience while supporting business objectivesCollects and evaluates workforce data, delivering actionable recommendations for improvementAdvises managers and employees on HR policies and best practices, balancing multiple organizational prioritiesOffers expert HR guidance to ensure compliance with employment laws and resolves employee relations matters to minimize business riskCompletes all statutory requirements within established deadlinesFacilitates HR initiatives in onboarding, talent management, training, employee relations, and total rewardsAligns HR programs with industry best practices and recommends enhancements as necessaryMaintains accurate HR documentation and recordsPerforms additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needsRequirementsFull authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements (TN visa accepted)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR certification a plus)5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions, including employee relations, talent management and employee developmentMulti-location HR background, including New York City, San Francisco and ChicagoKnowledge of employment law, accommodations, and HR best practicesAbility to influence and partner effectively with leaders at multiple levelsStrong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skillsHR experience supporting employees in consulting or professional services industriesMinimal travel requiredSalary: $100,000 - $120,000.
