We serve children, teens, families, and adults through residential care, counseling services, and community programs.Lead a Trauma-Informed Residential Treatment TeamWe are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide direct care and on-shift leadership within our residential behavioral health program serving adolescent girls and boys (ages 12-17) who struggle with substance use. Many of the youth in our Summit Program Program have never experienced consistent safety or stability.As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as both a mentor to youth and a leader to staff—ensuring consistency in care, guiding daily operations, and supporting a therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed practices.
