Hackensack, New Jersey, USAUtron is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our New Jersey office in Hackensack. The role focuses on business development and sales of advanced automated and mechanized parking systems across the East Coast.This position requires a combination of strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers on complex real estate development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract executionDevelop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and consultantsEngage directly with architects and design teams to integrate automated parking solutions into project plansPresent technical and commercial proposals to executive-level stakeholdersAnalyze client business drivers, financial considerations, and project constraintsInterpret architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentationCoordinate closely with engineering, project management, and executive leadershipMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking within CRM systemsRepresent the company at industry events, meetings, and site visitsTravel regularly throughout the East Coast to support business development effortsQualifications And ExperienceProven track record of leading and closing large-scale capital equipment or infrastructure projecStrong experience selling into real estate development, commercial construction, or related industriesDemonstrated ability to work with senior-level executives on the client sideDeep understanding of customer business considerations in real estate projectsAbility to work effectively with architects and technical design teamsStrong technical orientation, including the ability to read and understand drawingsFamiliarity with mechanical systems, machinery, automation, and computerized control environmentsHigh level of comfort working with CRM systems and sales reporting toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and presentation capabilitiesWillingness to work hard and operate in a performance-driven environmentCharismatic, persuasive, and self-motivated personalityPersonal AttributesStrategic thinker with strong commercial instinctsHands-on, disciplined, and execution orientedCapable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processesResilient and persistent in long sales cyclesThis is a key position within Utron’s U.S. growth strategy, offering the opportunity to drive major projects in collaboration with leading developers and contractors across the region.
